Production Manager – Windows & Doors Manufacturing (CNC Experience Required)

Linshia is a manufacturer specializing in high-quality window and door systems. We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations, optimize production processes, and ensure efficient delivery of quality products.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in windows and doors manufacturing, aluminum fabrication, CNC machining, and factory production management.
Job Summary
The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, team supervision, quality control, and process improvement. This role requires a strong understanding of window and door fabrication processes and experience with CNC machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production activities in a windows and doors manufacturing facility
- Lead, train, and supervise production employees to achieve operational goals
- Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer deadlines
- Monitor production output, efficiency, quality, and safety standards
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime
- Operate, troubleshoot, and support CNC machining operations, including Tekna and Emmegi CNC machines
- Ensure accurate fabrication and assembly of aluminum window and door systems
- Improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste
- Coordinate with purchasing, quality control, and management teams
- Maintain a safe and organized production environment
- Track production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in windows and doors manufacturing
- Previous experience as a Production Manager, Manufacturing Supervisor, Plant Supervisor, or Factory Manager
- Strong knowledge of aluminum window and door fabrication
- Experience with CNC machines, CNC operation, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Tekna R and Emmegi CNC machines is an asset
- Experience managing production teams in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of production planning, workflow optimization, and quality control
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
