Bottlescrew Bill's Pub is looking for a SERVER/BARTENDER/SHIFT LEADERS (multi-role position) to join our team! Are you keen to be in a leadership role to utilize and broaden your skill set and responsibilities, but just not ready to give up those serving and bar shifts and ring-outs? Are you currently or recently have been a Shift Leader or Supervisor (or in a similar role) in the restaurant/bar industry?
WHY HERE? Flexible scheduling, reasonable tip-outs, large sections, rotated shifts/sections (everyone works everywhere - no set shifts or sections!) and fair management. We are a local and family run business in the heart of downtown since 1980 with five patios and three unique indoor rooms. Our pub has over 250 beers - the biggest and best beer selection in Calgary - alongside 13 of our own house-made beers, as we have our very own brewery on site.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-ProServe
-Minimum of 2 year recent experience
-Dependable, reliable, friendly, self-starter, clean freak, team player
-MUST LOVE BEER (real requirement)
-Did we mention the beer thing?
SCHEDULE
-Full-time is 5 shifts/week. Shifts are mainly nights but can be a combination if preferred. Must have open availability to be full time.
