We are currently hiring full-time Bilingual and English Customer Care Representatives to join our team! At SoftMoc, delivering exceptional customer care is our top priority. Applicant Requirements
- Must be able to work full time hours and have no limitations on specific shifts
- Willing to work over-time if required
- Must be available to workdays, evenings and weekends on a rotating biweekly schedule - Monday to Sunday 9am - Midnight EST.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with escalated customer conflict resolution required
- Customer-focused with a positive and empathetic attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Customer support ticketing and messaging platforms (SaaS tools)
- Bilingual Role- must be able to read, write, & speak English & French fluently
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Provide accurate information about products, policies, and promotions
- Troubleshoot customer issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been fully resolved
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity goals
- Assist customers with account management, order status, and payment inquiries
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a customer service, retail, or contact centre environment
- Experience using CRM software Intercom and/or other platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, etc.)
- Familiarity with courier delivery systems and shipment tracking processes is an asset
