About this role
An entry point into construction operations with real room to grow. As Project Administrator, you are the back catcher for our Senior Project Coordinator. You keep our projects organized, accurate, and moving, handling the day to day data entry, documentation, and coordination that lets our project team focus on the field. When something falls off the Senior Project Coordinator's plate, you pick it up, whatever it is.
You'll learn our systems from the ground up with the support to succeed.For the right person who wants it, this role opens a clear path toward a Project Coordinator position. That said, we believe in putting people where they're happy, not where we think they belong. If coordination is the direction you want to grow, we'll help you get there. Required skillsProject & document administration
- Assist the Senior Project Coordinator with setting up and maintaining projects in Procore
- Create and maintain daily logs and project documentation
- Possibility: attend site meetings with Project Managers to capture meeting minutes when notes are required
- Enter direct costs and expenses and keep project financial records current
- Maintain clean, consistent folder structures and organizational assets
- Manage file transfers and keep records easy to find and audit-ready
Purchasing & inventory support
- Maintain purchasing records, including purchase orders, receipts, and supporting documents
- Track and log outstanding orders and deliveries
- Support inventory counts, system updates, and regular audits
Safety & process documentation
- Assist in maintaining and updating SOPs and SWPs under supervision
- Keep safety documentation organized, current, and audit-ready
- Track safety forms, inspections, and compliance deadlines
General support
- Pitch in on routine, everyday tasks that keep the office running and take load off the rest of the team
- Lend a hand to the administrative and accounting team here and there as needs come up
Qualifications & competencies
- High school diploma required;
- office administration certificate or diploma (asset)
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Procore or similar project software (asset, training provided)
- 1 to 2 years administrative or coordination experience (asset)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Compensation$42,000 to $45,000 per year, with opportunity for advancement
