Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create positive memorable experiences in the lives of our customers and employees
- Utilize suggestive selling techniques and customer service to create a positive and unique experience for our customers
- Craft high-quality tea beverages, prepare toppings, and package food for customers
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) computer and safely handle cash, debit, and credit transactions
- Interact politely & enthusiastically with customers
- Kindly educate customers about tea and food products
- Maintain bar inventory by replenishing stock when needed from storage
- Maintain safe and healthy work environments by following company standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure that all product presentation is maintained to company standards
- Inspire others by becoming a dynamic brand ambassador both inside and outside the store
- Identify and discuss operational and team issues/concerns with the store’s management team
- Maintain a consistently clean and well-maintained sales floor and stockroom
- Adhere to the cleaning schedule to prolong the life of all equipment
- Work with the team to perform routine cleaning & maintenance of the whole store -- internal & external areas, bathroom(s), bar area, dining area, customer counters, etc.

- Can work variable hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and/or Statutory holidays (must be open to changes in scheduling due to the needs of the business when needed)
- Has at least 1 year of proven successful retail, customer service, and/or hospitality experience
- Has legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in Canada
Key Qualifications:
- Food & Beverage experience is considered an asset
- Self-motivated, organized and excels under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including morning, late nights, weekends and holidays
- Must meet the store's minimum availability requirements
Required Education:
- High school graduate or equivalent and further
- Food Handler and First Aid certifications are considered assets but are not required
Operating Hours & Availability:
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum availability of 20-35+ hours per week, including the availability to work mornings, midday, evenings, and closing shifts on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Opening shifts can start as early as 10:00 AM, closing shifts can end as late as midnight. These times are subject to change by management to adjust to business needs.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
