Job Summary
1 Click Food Market is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Leader to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across consumers, restaurants, supermarkets, grocery chains, and wholesale customers.
The successful candidate will lead sales operations, develop key accounts, and build strong, long‑term customer relationships within the food service and retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Hire, lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance
- Drive sales growth by developing and managing accounts across restaurants, supermarkets, grocery chains, and wholesale customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers and partners
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management
- Build customer baskets by accumulating all products required by a particular customer
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business or Marketing preferred)
- 3–4 years of experience in food service or food‑related sales
- Proven experience in a Sales Leader or Sales Management role
- Experience in food distribution, CPG, wholesale, or restaurant and bakery industries preferred
- Experience with e-commerce
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Willingness to travel as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing domestic and international sales accounts
- Knowledge of specialty or ethnic food markets
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: CAD $55,000 per year
- Commission: 4% commission on incremental sales
