We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and dependable Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this individual will play a key role in supporting customers with their purchasing needs, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring every interaction reflects the company’s commitment to service excellence.

Role responsibilities:
- Process customer inquiries efficiently and provide accurate product and pricing information.
- Prepare orders as they arrive via customer portals, email and phone
- Prepare quotations as requested.
- Follow up on outstanding orders, backorders, and shipment confirmations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work with Supply Chain on special orders to meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate customer records, purchase histories, and communication notes within the ERP system. .
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying workflow efficiencies and recommending process enhancements.
- Assist other team members as needed in taking care of the customer needs.
Role Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong overall computer and technology skills; experience using Sage 300 is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide practical solutions.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of performance.
- Experience working in an industrial, distribution, or supply chain environment is considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in order processing and data entry.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Self Starter with a strong work ethic and interest in team collaboration.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
