Multiple shifts are available across the five event days. Applicants may indicate every position, date and shift for which they are available.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary depending on the assigned position and may include:
- Welcoming guests and providing friendly customer service
- Scanning tickets and assisting with event entry
- Selling or distributing merchandise
- Opening and pouring wine and other ready-to-serve beverages
- Distributing cups and supplies
- Restocking beverage stations and ice
- Bussing tables and maintaining clean event areas
- Assisting with waste management
- Moving event supplies, furniture, signage and equipment
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Assisting with event setup and teardown
- Following directions from event managers and team leads
- Maintaining a professional, reliable and positive attitude throughout the shift
Bartender information
Applicants interested in wine booth or bartending positions must have valid Alberta ProServe certification.
Beverage service is straightforward and primarily consists of opening and pouring wine and other ready-to-serve beverages. No cocktail mixing or complex bartending is required.
Please note that there are no tips for beverage-service positions at this event.
Requirements
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must be reliable, punctual and comfortable working as part of a large team
- Must be available for at least one shift between August 6 and August 10, 2026
- Must be able to follow instructions in a fast-paced event environment
- Must maintain a professional and guest-friendly attitude
- Must be comfortable standing and working for the duration of the scheduled shift
- Applicants selecting physical labour positions must be comfortable lifting, carrying, loading and moving event supplies
- Bartending applicants must hold valid Alberta ProServe certification
Experience
Previous experience in events, festivals, hospitality, bartending, customer service, guest services, production, setup, teardown, warehousing or general labour is an asset.
Applicants without direct event experience are still encouraged to apply if they are dependable, professional and comfortable learning quickly.
