About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers a hybrid work environment, combining work from home, office responsibilities, and regular site visits throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, and field crews
- Review project costs and identify opportunities for improved efficiency
- Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates
- Support estimating, planning, and project closeout activities as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction project management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel throughout New Brunswick and the Maritime provinces as required
