The Opportunity
We are seeking an Associate Lawyer to join our Corporate / Commercial practice group.
This role is ideal for a solicitor who enjoys working directly with business clients, managing transactions, and providing practical legal advice in a fast-paced environment. You will have meaningful client interaction, autonomy over files, and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the firm.
Practice Areas
Depending on experience and interest, your work may include:
- Corporate reorganizations and restructurings
- Share and asset purchase transactions
- Corporate governance and shareholder matters
- Commercial contracts and strategic agreements
- Business acquisitions and divestitures
- Commercial leasing matters
- General corporate advisory work for owner-managed businesses and startups
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of solicitor experience in Corporate / Commercial law
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Practical commercial judgment and business awareness
- Excellent client communication and relationship management abilities
- Ability to independently manage files and transactions
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Comfort working in a modern, technology-driven practice environment
