Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing customer orders and payments.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, giving correct change and balancing cash drawers at shift end.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, answering questions about menu items and upselling additional products.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Restock supplies as needed, monitor inventory levels, and notify management of shortages or issues.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health standards in all aspects of service.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques.
- Experience in cashiering or cash handling with basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proven customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
