We are an expanding locksmith and physical security solutions company, we are looking for someone for our Cambridge, Ontario Location to provide scheduling, open and manage the store Monday - Friday, Cut Keys for walk in customers and coordinate with locksmiths to order and track materials / stock.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day scheduling.
- Schedule and coordinate staff assignments, installations, service calls, and emergency responses using scheduling software.
- Cut keys, Pin Locks
- Assist in Ordering Materials and Managing inventory.
- Schedule fleet maintenance.
- Monitor workflows to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to customer satisfaction.
Customer Relations
- Act as an escalation point for customer concerns.
- Assist the owner in maintaining positive client relationships and uphold the company’s reputation for integrity and reliability.
- Assist the owner in business development initiatives and help identify opportunities for growth based on customer inquires.
Secondary - Financial & Administrative Duties
- Assist in sending invoices.
- Follow up on late/past due payments.
- Take payments over the phone using in-store terminal.
Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in scheduling service based business or skilled trade.
- Experience within the locksmith, security industry or other service business is an asset.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with scheduling, quoting, and invoicing software (e.g., ServiceM8, Service Titan) is an asset.
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and clean driving record.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive wage based on experience.
