The Role-Based Training Analyst will report to the Role Based Training & Technical Capability Manager and will be responsible for developing and implementing role-based training qualifications and programs tailored to various positions within the organization to enhance our employees' skills and competencies. This includes collaborating with functional leads to identify training needs, developing, automating, and assigning role-based training to key positions within the sector. Additionally, this role will require creation and maintenance of qualifications within the Learning Management System and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Develop, implement, and standardize role-based training programs tailored to various positions within the organization, ensuring alignment with our procedural and technical requirements.

Collaborate with functional leads and Subject Matter Experts as the main point of contact to identify training needs and create customized training plans, including procedural, technical, and non-technical requirements.

Conduct training sessions using various methods, including in-app training, workshops, and e-learning modules as required.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. Working with the greater training team and other departments to ensure training complies with industry standards and company requirements.

Track and measure training metrics and report on progress and outcomes to management with recommendations for improvement.

Ensure collaboration with the training department to support collective objectives and day-to-day activities.

Maintain and optimize internal systems to support and enhance role-based training initiatives, automate and digitize where able, ensuring seamless integration and accessibility for all employees and the Training team.

Monitor employee training plans and qualification packages for compliance and efficient completion of all required trainings.
Required Interfaces:

Department Heads, other support departments (e.g., IT, HR), Senior Leadership Team, Employees.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Training, Business Administration, or a related field would be considered an asset.

Education, training, or experience with Adult Learning Principles considered an asset.

Knowledge of office processes, procedures, equipment, and filing systems.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS is considered an asset.

3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar training or analyst role.

Experience in an office environment.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Experience with Workday, or other HR and training systems are considered an asset.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.

Strong presentation, facilitation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to remain positive and calm in a hectic environment.
