You will be a crucial member of our team that will be responsible for monitoring, transporting, rebalancing, and maintaining our e-scooters in the field to ensure a safe, available ride is always nearby. This role is key to helping grow and maintain our fleet and directly impacts millions of riders who rely on our service.
Current Available Shifts
- Mornings/days, approx. 7:00am - 3:00pm
- Afternoon/Evening, approx. 3:00pm - 11:00pm
Orientation Session Available:
- July 24th from 11:00am - 2:00pm (orientation session only)
Responsibilities
- Safely drive our fleet vans to ensure that the e-scooters are distributed throughout the city.
- Work with our local operations team to handle the re-distribution or recovery of high-priority vehicles in a timely manner.
- Patrol the designated service areas identifying any e-scooters that may need maintenance or repair.
- Ensuring the quality control is met (and occasionally, essential maintenance) on the scooters.
- Be a brand ambassador and positively exhibit/share safe riding practices with the community.
Requirements
- Must have a valid full class 5 driver's license
- Provide a driver's abstract
- Must be comfortable driving large vans, using technology (smartphone), and navigating through the city.
- Work outdoors under various weather conditions.
- Strong knowledge of your local geography or the ability to learn is an asset.
- Flexible availability and willingness to work on weekends regularly.
- Lifting up to 80 pounds; stooping, bending, walking, and standing for long periods.
- Must have a fully charged smartphone with a sufficient data plan.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make appropriate prioritization decisions quickly.
- Be willing to be subject to a background check; clearance is required

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
