Responsibilities
- Assist with order picking, packaging, and shipping & receiving activities to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks and handle materials with proper safety procedures
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage or injury
- Support warehouse distribution processes by organizing stock locations and optimizing storage space
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals while adhering to safety protocols
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and order processing
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during shipping & receiving tasks
- Experience in order fulfillment, packaging, load & unload procedures within a fast-paced environment
- Construction or manufacturing experience is a plus for understanding complex materials handling
- Excellent teamwork skills
