Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Medical Cosmetic Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations of our cosmetic clinic. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, comprehensive knowledge of medical and dental office procedures, and the ability to manage staff effectively. This role involves ensuring exceptional patient care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and optimizing clinic efficiency. A background in healthcare management, familiarity with electronic medical records, and experience in supervising medical or dental teams are essential for success in this position.
Duties
- Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination
- Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing training and performance evaluations
- Oversee electronic medical records systems such as Dentrix and ensure accurate documentation
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and privacy laws
- Coordinate with medical professionals to ensure quality patient care and service delivery
- Handle budgeting, inventory management, and procurement of supplies
- Implement policies to improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Assist in marketing efforts and community outreach to promote clinic services
- Ensure all staff adhere to medical terminology standards and best practices in cosmetic treatments
Experience
- Proven experience in managing a medical or dental office, preferably within a cosmetic or dermatology setting
- Strong background in human resources management, including hiring, training, and supervising staff
- Familiarity with Dentrix or similar electronic medical records systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to cosmetic procedures and general healthcare
- Experience with budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation within a healthcare environment
- Prior hospital or acute care experience is advantageous but not required
- Nursing background or hospital experience is a plus for understanding clinical workflows and patient care standards
- Supervising experience in a healthcare setting is essential for effective team leadership
Pay: $18.30-$28.49 per hour
