What You’ll Do:
- Assist retail and service customers with parts inquiries and orders
- Accurately source, quote, and order automotive parts
- Maintain inventory control and stock organization
- Work closely with the service team to keep operations running smoothly
- Deliver an exceptional, customer-focused experience every time
What We’re Looking For:
- Journeyperson Automotive Parts certification (preferred)
- Dealership experience is an asset
- Ford Parts experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A customer-first mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
