We are recruiting for an Account Manager opportunity in Saskatoon, SK, supporting an established territory that includes Saskatoon and customers within up to a 3-hour travel radius. This direct hire role is ideal for a motivated B2B sales professional who enjoys building relationships, growing existing accounts, and identifying new opportunities within a diverse customer base.
The Account Manager will manage a strong portfolio of 40 to 45 existing accounts, with the opportunity to further expand territory performance through account penetration and solution-based selling. This role offers a strong mix of field sales, customer relationship management, and strategic account development.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of 40 to 45 existing accounts across the Saskatoon territory.
- Conduct 20 or more in-person customer meetings per week to strengthen relationships and uncover sales opportunities.
- Drive territory growth through account penetration, customer retention, and new opportunity development.
- Deliver customer business reviews, presentations, and solution-based sales recommendations.
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline updates, customer notes, and sales forecasting.
- Support customers across sectors such as national accounts, government and municipalities, mining, healthcare, and manufacturing.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Base salary of $70,000 to $75,000 per year.
