Strong Pilates The Beach is seeking a friendly, energetic, and people-focused Studio Ambassador to join our team. As the welcoming face of our studio, you'll create exceptional experiences for members and prospective clients, build genuine relationships, and help grow our community through thoughtful conversations and personalized recommendations. You'll play a key role in introducing guests to the Strong Pilates experience by supporting membership growth and ensuring every visit feels welcoming and inspiring with the primary focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences and fostering a vibrant, member-first studio environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for clients by delivering a warm welcome in, answering questions, celebrating member milestones (100 classes, birthdays, and achievements).
- Conduct engaging studio tours and introduce prospective members to the STRONG Pilates experience.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with members to create an exceptional community experience.
- Support membership growth through authentic conversations and assisting with membership inquiries.
- Process sales and booking changes in Hapana
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area, member space and laundry.
- Assist Trainers in keeping the studio clean, organized, and ready for every class.
- Respond to phone calls and member inquiries professionally, escalating concerns to Studio Director
- Assist with social media by capturing studio moments and creating engaging content that reflects the STRONG brand.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
