Climatec Mechanical is a locally owned HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration company serving Vancouver Island. We're a Red Seal certified team working with residential, commercial, and strata clients. We take pride in doing quality work and keeping our shop running tight.
The Role
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on person to keep our warehouse and parts inventory organized and running smoothly.
No experience necessary. We care more about who you are than what's on your resume. If you show up on time, take pride in your work, stay organized, and give a full effort every day, we'll teach you everything else. And if you do bring warehouse or inventory experience, we'll pay for it, the right candidate can start above the listed range.
This role can grow with you, whichever direction you want to take it. For someone who loves warehouse work, there's a real path to build into a full Warehouse & Inventory Manager position as our company grows, owning purchasing, stock systems, and inventory control. For someone interested in the trades, it's a great foot in the door. Either way, we want someone who's here to grow with us.
What You'll Do
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage, stock, and parts
- Order stock and keep inventory levels accurate and up to date
- Receive, sort, and shelve incoming deliveries
- Deliver parts and materials to job sites as needed
- Clean company vans as needed
- Run the occasional lunch BBQ
- Build, modify, and disassemble shelving and storage (basic woodworking)
- Keep the shop, warehouse, and work areas clean and tidy
- General labour and support tasks around the shop

- Basic hand-tool and woodworking ability
- Warehouse, trades, or shop experience
- Comfortable with physical work (lifting, standing, moving stock)
Required
- Valid BC driver's license (deliveries required)

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
