About the Role
As a Guest Service Associate, you’ll be part of the team that keeps Energyplex running smoothly and guests smiling. You’ll rotate between activities like our Rock Climbing, Laser Tag, and Arcade and Front desk. You’ll make sure every guest feels welcome, stays safe, and has a memorable visit.
What You’ll Do
- Operate and supervise activities such as Rock Climbing, Laser Tag, and Arcade games
- Give clear safety instructions and help guests with equipment such as harnesses
- Greet, guide, and engage with guests to ensure a fun and safe experience
- Keep play areas clean, organized, and ready for the next group
- Answer guest questions about activities, pricing, and directions
- Work together with teammates to provide excellent customer service
- Assist at the front desk or concession as needed or when trained
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum age: 16 years
- Friendly, positive, and comfortable talking with guests of all ages
- Responsible and safety-minded
- Physically active and comfortable with light lifting, walking, and standing for periods of time
- Available at least one full day on weekends, and 24+ hours per week during Summer Break
