Role Overview
You will execute cross-channel pricing and promotions across all sales channels, working closely with the Revenue Growth & Marketing Team to maximize sales and margin and keep our baby monitors and security cameras competitively priced and promoted on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales: You'll work with the Revenue Growth & Marketing Team to carry out pricing and promotional plans, set up new channels, and update existing listings.
- Promotions: You'll build and maintain a rolling promotional calendar, submit promotions to each channel on time, and confirm alignment with inventory and operations before launch.
- Pricing: You'll apply our pricing model, process price changes across channels, and keep the centralized price list accurate and up to date.
- Pricing Review: You'll audit live pricing across all channels to confirm accuracy, catch discrepancies, and maintain price harmony across retail partners.
- Credit Memos and Co-ops: You'll review credit memos and co-op claims for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies.
- Communication: You'll coordinate across teams and send clear, concise updates on upcoming promotions, pricing changes, and deadlines.
- Organization: You'll maintain channel-specific SOPs, keep documentation current, and flag process gaps as they come up.
- Administration: You'll handle other administrative duties as required.
What You Bring
- Undergraduate in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
- 1 to 3 years of experience in pricing execution, promotional setup, or sales support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing deadlines
