Kitchen Tailors is a growing kitchen renovation and custom cabinetry company based in Vaughan. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Helper to support our shop and installation team.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is willing to learn, can follow instructions, and takes pride in keeping work organized, clean, and efficient.
Responsibilities
The Helper will assist with day-to-day shop and site work, including:
- Assisting cabinet makers and installers with cutting, assembly, loading, unloading, and installation tasks
- Helping move cabinets, panels, countertops, tools, and materials safely
- Supporting shop production, including basic assembly, cleaning parts, organizing materials, and preparing items for delivery
- Keeping the workshop, tools, and job sites clean and organized
- Assisting with deliveries and pickups when required
- Helping with demolition, disposal, and general renovation-related labour when needed
- Following safety procedures and company instructions at all times
- Reporting any material damage, tool issues, or site concerns to the supervisor
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction, cabinetry, woodworking, renovation, or general labour is an asset
- Must be physically able to lift and carry materials
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools is an asset
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be comfortable working in both a workshop and job site environment
- Valid driver’s licence is required

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
