Material Handler - Night Shift 6:00 pm to 6:00 am
AL-Pack Enterprises Ltd., located in Moncton, is a packaging manufacturer and distributor that deliver innovative solutions to our customers. We are currently seeking a Material Handler to work in our Moncton Facility.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Forklift experience
- Proven experience as a Material Handler or similar position an asset
- Must be able to work well with others.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to Multi-task
- Willing and able to work flexible shifts.
- Excellent organizational, attention to detail, communication, and memory skills
- SYSPRO experience would be an asset.
- Experience using scanning software an asset
Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to Operations Manager
- Be a team player.
- Various admin tasks
- Pick all orders with accuracy in a timely fashion.
- Keep warehouse clean and organized at all times.
Incumbent Duties:
Work in conjunction with other warehouse employees
- Assist co-workers when needed.
- Be assertive.
- Pay close attention when driving forklifts.
- Watch for pedestrians.
- Encourage others to wear the proper personal protective equipment.
Pick all orders with accuracy in a timely fashion.
- Pick all orders with accuracy.
- Strive for zero errors.
- Communicate with the Operations Manager any discrepancies on work order vs bin location.
Receive incoming product, verify count, and store in appropriate areas.
- Work with Inventory Control to ensure bin locations.
- Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a neat and professional manner.
