Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC equipment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build trust with homeowners.
- Provide honest recommendations on repair or replacement options.
- Complete work safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle and tools.
Qualifications
- Valid Gas Technician 2 (G2) or Gas Technician 1 (G1) licence.
- Valid 313D 313A or 313D Residential Air Conditioning Mechanic licence.
- Valid ODP/CFC certification.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 5 years of recent residential HVAC service experience.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and mechanical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and perform the physical demands of the role.
