As a Property Administrator, you will be providing support to the Property Managers and Leasing Department of Sunrex Management Ltd.
Responsibilities
- Duties include but are not limited to:
- Handling the whole application process for new tenants which includes calling references, credit checks and ensure all paperwork is completed
- Creating leases for new tenants
- Miscellaneous administrative work including writing up notices, data entry
- The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of property administrative experience
- Minimum 40 words per minute typing speed
- Police and Vulnerable Sector Check required before accepting conditional offer
- Strong Computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications
- Self Motivated
- Excellent time-management skills
- Excellent Organizational skills
- Highly organized and team oriented
- Ability to deal with difficult people and situations in a calm and professional matter
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prepare, organize and maintain electronic filing systems
- Residential Leasing administrative experience would be considered an asset
