Conly Compression Inc. provides natural gas engine, screw and Recip compressor service in Lloydminster, Kindersley, and surrounding areas, with a focus on customer satisfaction. We are currently looking for the right people to join our team, and are hiring journeyman and /or 3rd or 4th year millwright/industrial or heavy-duty apprentices.
Job Requirements:
- Perform precision alignments
- Trouble shooting of natural gas engines, screw and recip compressors
- Helping preform service/tune and major overhauls.
- Knowledge of rotating equipment
- Able to work with others and independently
- Flexibility to meet constantly changing demands of the workplace.
- Clean drivers abstract.
- Computer skills: good understanding of Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook), Drop Box and Google calendar.
- Millwright or Heavy-Duty Mechanic apprentice.
Duration:
- 6 months probationary with possibility full time hire.

Scope:
- Crews work 12-hour days with OT after 8 hours.
- Shift schedule will alternate between 8 days on and 6 days off rotation subject to change as required to meet business objectives
- Ability to travel as required
- Shop and field environment.
- Travel to remote project sites is required
Wage:
- Negotiable depending on experience
