Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong understanding of food preparation and safety standards. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen stations before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food storage and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and timely service.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment, preferably as a Line Cook or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and cooking techniques.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

-Tip out bonus bi-weekly.
-30-40 hours per week to begin.
