POSITION SUMMARY
The Warehouse Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring Kepler customers receive the right products, in the right quantity, at the right time. Responsible for accurately receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products, this position helps maintain an efficient and well-organized warehouse operation.
The Warehouse Coordinator will also interact directly with customers picking up orders and are an important ambassador of the Kepler brand. Every customer interaction should be professional, courteous, and focused on providing an exceptional customer experience.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Warehouse Operations
- Own inventory accuracy, receiving processes, layout/organization decisions
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery.
- Verify product quantities and order accuracy before shipment or customer pickup.
- Coordinate courier services for outbound 3rd party customer deliveries
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
Customer Support
- Greet customers picking up orders in a friendly and professional manner.
- Verify customer orders and ensure products are complete before release.
- Assist customers with loading products into their vehicles when required.
- Communicate any order discrepancies or inventory concerns promptly.
- Work closely with Counter Sales and Inside Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Team Support
- Lead warehouse Health & Safety initiatives
- Track and monitor warehouse Health & Safety incidents & opportunities
- Collaborate with all departments to meet customer expectations.
- Follow warehouse procedures and safety standards.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Participate in ongoing product, safety, and operational training.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is required.
- Experience using MWS or ERP systems.
- Forklift certification is an asset or willingness to obtain certification.
- Basic computer skills are considered an asset.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
