Math Enrichment Instructor (Part-Time)
Math Mastery School is looking for a passionate and engaging Math Enrichment Instructor to join our growing academic team in Oakville.

- University students or graduates in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Education, or related fields

About the Program
Math Mastery School goes beyond traditional tutoring. Our students develop deep conceptual understanding, logical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and mathematical confidence.
We focus on:
- Advanced problem solving
- Logical and analytical thinking
- Mental math strategies
- Confidence and independence in mathematics
- Enrichment beyond the standard Ontario curriculum
Position Details
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday
4:00 PM – 8:00 PM teaching hours
In addition, instructors receive:
- 1 paid preparation hour daily
- Curriculum guidance and teaching support
- Prepared lesson materials and resources
- Small group classes
- Supportive and collaborative environment
Compensation
$35.00 – $45.00 per hour
Expected hours:
20 per week
Qualifications
- Strong mathematical background
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and confidently
- Reliable, professional, and organized
- Positive and engaging personality
- Enjoys working with children
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is an asset but not required
