In-person work (Mostly) at Almaguin Highlands Golf & Country Club. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-time QuickBooks Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping who can efficiently manage financial records using various accounting software. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial data, supporting budgeting processes, and ensuring smooth accounts management. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work remotely or on-site, depending on your preference.
Duties
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks, Online Banking
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure data accuracy
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions and supporting documentation
Experience
- Proven experience with bookkeeping and accounting functions, ideally within a small business or accounting firm
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote or office setting
- Prior experience working with accounting software platforms is highly desirable
