Bistro 19 is Hiring a Cook
Location: Glacier Greens Golf Club
Position: Part-time
We are seeking a versatile and experienced cook who has the ability to wear multiple hats as our restaurant experiences fluctuating demand—extremely busy during peak golf hours, tournaments, and events, with quieter periods in between. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment while being flexible to handle multiple roles, including stepping in to serve customers during slower times to ensure exceptional service. Cleanliness and organization are of utmost importance in all aspects of the role to maintain high standards and ensure a safe, efficient kitchen environment.
Availability:
- Current shifts are between 8:45 AM to 6:30 PM (weekend availability required). Peak hours during the spring/summer months between 7:30 AM and 9:00 PM.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare breakfast and pub-style meals efficiently and consistently.
- Maintain high food quality and presentation standards.
- Work quickly in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Keep a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace.
- Assist with kitchen prep and inventory management.
- Make food safety and sanitation regulations a top priority.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a short-order cook, line cook, or breakfast cook.
- Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- A team player who communicates well and works efficiently.
- Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain) and Serving it Right certification.
