We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead residential and commercial construction and insurance restoration projects. This is a leadership position for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the importance of customer service, and is committed to delivering quality workmanship and exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple construction and restoration projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate repairs, and reconstruction activities.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Work closely with homeowners, insurance adjusters, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Conduct site visits and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
- Supervise crews and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, health and safety regulations, and company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction methods.
- Experience with insurance claims and restoration projects is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Engineering background, Gold Seal Certification, or related construction credentials are assets.
