Regency Retirement Resorts have 9 locations in the Okanagan, including Vernon, Penticton, West Kelowna, and Kelowna. This position will support the operational needs of the business across multiple locations.
Under the direction of the General Manager, the Lifestyle Consultant is responsible for building relationships with prospective residents and their families, guiding them through the decision-making process, and ultimately achieving move-in goals. This role combines sales expertise with a passion for helping seniors find the lifestyle they deserve and ensuring the successful leasing of resort suites.

Education and Experience:
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or real estate.
