Oxygen Yoga & Fitness, Canada's fastest-growing hot yoga and fitness franchise, is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and highly organized Sales & Member Experience Associate to join our team.
This is a part-time position (approximately 15–25 hours per week)
What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding studio experience while helping grow our community through membership sales.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Following and executing Oxygen's sales process.
- Converting prospective clients into members through consultations, studio tours, and follow-up communications.
- Promoting, selling, renewing, and upgrading memberships.
- Building strong relationships with new and existing members through exceptional customer service.
- Managing member profiles, and administrative tasks using our studio software.
- Communicating with prospective and current members via phone, and email, text.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of memberships, promotions, and studio offerings.
- Creating and managing engaging social media content.
- Assisting with the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the studio.
- Supporting studio operations with additional duties as required.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who is outgoing, motivated, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people.
Our ideal candidate has:
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience (required).
- Previous customer service or front desk experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive, confident, and professional attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to pivot and multi-task when necessary.
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation.
- Experience with Mindbody software is considered an asset.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
