Experienced Line Cook – Brunch Kitchen

Tartelette Bakery & Café is looking for an experienced and passionate Line Cook to join our team at our Kanata location. We are seeking someone who has strong experience preparing high-quality breakfast and brunch dishes in a fast-paced kitchen based on our own recipe.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast and brunch menu items to our quality standards.
- Set up and stock stations before each shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during busy hours.
- Assist with food preparation, inventory, and daily kitchen duties.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a line cook (brunch experience preferred).
- Experience with eggs, breakfast items, sandwiches, and brunch service.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high quality.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Food Handler Certification is an asset.
Schedule
- Full-time or Part-time
- Morning shifts, including weekends and holidays is required
