The Role
We are seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who combines clinical expertise with a strong sense of professionalism and client experience.
The ideal candidate is confident, attentive, and takes pride in delivering exceptional care to a discerning clientele.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver a wide range of massage therapy treatments tailored to individual member needs
- Conduct thorough assessments and collaborate with members to create personalized treatment plans
- Provide flexibility training, assisted stretching, and mobility-focused sessions
- Assess member movement patterns and customize stretching and mobility programs accordingly
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes, treatment plans, and progress documentation
- Communicate clearly with members about their treatment experience and provide thoughtful aftercare recommendations
- Collaborate closely with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to support integrated care plans
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully sanitized treatment environment
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and medical terminology
- Contribute positively to a professional, collaborative, and high-standard clinic culture
- Perform other duties as required within scope of practice
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is a Registered Massage Therapist with a valid provincial license/certification
- Has strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and relevant medical terminology
- Is certified and experienced in flexibility training, assisted stretching, and mobility improvement
- Has hands-on experience with a variety of massage techniques (deep tissue, trigger point, therapeutic, etc.)
- Is confident assessing clients and managing pain-related or performance-focused conditions
- Communicates clearly, professionally, and with empathy
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard clinical environment
- Values precision, organization, and attention to detail
- Enjoys working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Understands the importance of discretion, professionalism, and luxury-level client service
