Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain consistency, presentation, and portion control
- Assist with prep work including sauces, pastas, proteins, and desserts
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team during service
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Italian kitchen
- Strong knowledge of traditional Italian cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Passion for quality food and attention to detail
- Availability to work evenings and weekends (required)
