We are a full-service Wealth Advisory office. Due to the industry, we align our hiring criteria with industry mins. These include courses to become a licensed assistant. Our regulators have set mins to take the courses. Please see the link at the bottom to ensure you meet eligibility.
Hours may be added in our busy season (January to April). As the successful candidate becomes comfortable in the role, additional hours may be permanently added as the needs arise.
The Job:
Greeting the public in our office, answering phones and directing calls. Administratively assisting clients and financial advisors to undertake any clerical duties within the office environment.

- Industry courses started 1 year after employment start
Hours & Location:
- 4932-50 St, Lougheed, AB
- In-Office Only - No WFH
- Set hours: Mon-Fri 9am-3pm (30 min lunch)
- 1 personal flex day per month – unpaid, or the ability to work longer days to make up the time – upon approval and coverage avail.
- Starting $25 per hour
