We are currently expanding our Community Fundraising Division and are looking for highly motivated, outgoing, and professional Independent Field Sales Partners Representatives to join our growing field team.
This is an opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, working outdoors, earning performance-based income, and growing within a rapidly expanding organization.
Position Overview
As an Independent Field Sales Partner, you will engage with residents in assigned neighborhoods and educate them about nationally recognized charitable and healthcare initiatives, including campaigns supporting organizations such as UNICEF.
Your role is to help supporters enroll in recurring monthly donation programs through professional face-to-face conversations while representing campaigns with integrity and professionalism.
This is a performance-based independent contractor role with flexible scheduling and strong earning potential.
Compensation Structure
Partners are compensated on a commission basis for every successful donor signup.
Expected Earnings
- Average reps: $800–$1,500+/week
- Strong performers: $2,000+/week
- Team Leads: Additional override/leadership bonuses available

Responsibilities
- Conduct professional door-to-door community outreach
- Educate residents about partner charitable campaigns
- Present campaign information clearly and ethically
- Complete digital donor registrations using company-provided tablets
- Maintain professionalism and positive public representation
- Attend optional team meetings and training sessions
- Meet personal activity and performance goals
- Work collaboratively with team leaders and campaign managers

Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Must have a smartphone with data access
- Ability to work outdoors and walk for extended periods
- Sales, fundraising, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset - but not required
Contractors:
- Control their own availability
- Are compensated based on performance/results
- Are responsible for their own tax remittances and personal insurance obligations
- May accept or decline available shifts/campaign opportunities
TechSid Marketing provides campaign access, operational support, training, and sales infrastructure.
Schedule
Flexible scheduling available.
Typical field hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Afternoon and evening shifts
- Weekend opportunities available
Partners may select from available campaign shifts based on operational needs.
