Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aides to provide essential support to clients in their daily living activities. Duties
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation.
- Help with light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
- Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members.
- Support clients in medication reminders and adherence as needed.
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings to promote social engagement and activity.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and client progress.
Skills
- Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety protocols related to personal care.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Pay: $22.50-$28.50 per hour
