We are currently recruiting for an Associate, Consolidation and Reporting. We are seeking a qualified, dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our company.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to the quarterly and annual financial consolidation process
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial information from subsidiaries
- Perform consolidation of multiple legal entities across jurisdictions, including eliminations, foreign exchange translation and non‑controlling interests
- Perform analytical reviews of consolidated results and investigate variances
- Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements, segmented information, notes to the financial statements and other financial reporting schedules
- Assist with the preparation of public and internal disclosure documents (Financial Statements, MD&A, press releases, supplementary schedules)
- Participate in initiatives to improve consolidation and reporting processes, including finance system and reporting enhancements
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and special requests as required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, consolidation, audit, or reporting
- University degree and CPA designation
- Solid understanding of IFRS and consolidation concepts
- Detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to meet tight reporting deadlines
- Ability to solve problems and improve processes
- Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in and learn different financial systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Cloud, CCH Tagetik, Power BI)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- The position requires an advanced level of oral and written French and English. The successful candidate will interact on a daily basis with representatives of the Group's various entities based in North America and Europe
