Position: Breakfast Attendant

Schedule: Hours: 5:15 AM – 10:00 AM

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. This role is extremely fast-paced and ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment. Our hotel is very popular with families and children on weekends, so speed, organization, and a positive attitude are essential.
This position is physically demanding and requires standing and moving for the entire shift. Due to staffing limitations, dependability is critical, as we do not have backup coverage for last-minute call-ins.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain breakfast items (all food is frozen and prepared in oven)
- Stock cereal, breads, bagels, muffins, and condiments
- Prepare waffle mix and maintain the waffle station
- Set up and restock the coffee and beverage station
- Wipe and reset tables promptly
- Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
- Cleaning floors in kitchen, buffet area, and lobby
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards at all times
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
- Comfortable being on your feet for the entire shift
- Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness
- Friendly and professional guest service skills
- Highly reliable and punctual
- Able to work early mornings
