Lot Attendant
As a Lot Attendant at North Hill Mazda, you will play a key role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our vehicle inventory while supporting the sales team in delivering a strong customer experience. This is a hands‑on position ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working outdoors, and being part of a fast‑paced team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the new and used vehicle lots

Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for display
- Ensure vehicles are properly parked, aligned, and presented to dealership standards

Move and stage vehicles for sales, test drives, and deliveries

Monitor inventory placement and assist with lot reorganization as needed

Assist the sales team with vehicle preparation and general support tasks

Perform basic vehicle checks and report any damages or concerns

Maintain a clean and organized work environment in all lot and showroom areas

Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Legally entitled to work in Canada
Typical workday:

Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the New and Used vehicle lots.

Maintain the cleanliness of the showroom and showroom vehicles.

Ensure vehicles are gassed, clean and ready for demo drives.

Misc duties such as compound runs, registry runs etc. S
Schedule
- Full-time position

Daytime, evening, and Saturday availability required
