Temporary position for 3 months
The Security Awareness team manages an increasing volume of content (campaigns, guides, awareness materials, events, etc.). Currently, documentation is scattered or lacks standardization, making it more difficult to search for and reuse information.
As part of a continuous improvement and operational efficiency approach, the objective of this mandate is to structure documentation in SharePoint by implementing a clear, sustainable organization based on the use of metadata.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:

Analyzing the current state of documentation and identifying gaps or pain points

Proposing an optimized document structure in SharePoint (libraries, hierarchy, taxonomy)

Defining a metadata model tailored to the team’s needs (e.g., content type, target audience, confidentiality level, date, campaign, etc.)

Developing a migration plan as well as recommendations for reorganizing existing and future documents

Standardizing document management practices (naming conventions, versioning, archiving)

Improving accessibility, searchability, and reuse of content

Promoting best practices in document management among users
What you bring to the table

The internship must be officially credited/recognized by your educational institution as part of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Archival Science, Library Science, Information Science, Communications, or a related discipline

Advanced proficiency in French, both spoken and written

Knowledge of SharePoint
