Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Labourer to join our team. This position involves outdoor landscape maintenance and general labour duties at residential and commercial properties. We are on the road daily traveling between job sites, so punctuality, professionalism, and a strong work ethic are important.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, willing to learn, and able to work efficiently as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Operate push mowers and lawn mowers safely and efficiently
- Cut grass in straight, clean lines
- Use line trimmers / weed whackers carefully without causing property damage
- Bag and collect grass clippings, leaves, and yard waste
- Shovel and move materials using wheelbarrows across various terrain
- Dig small holes for planting flowers, shrubs, hedges, and small trees
- Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work respectfully with team members and customers
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of landscape maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift at least 80 lbs
- Must speak and understand English
- Must be polite, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to commute reliably
- Willingness to learn and improve skills
- Comfortable performing physical outdoor work for long shifts
