Position Summary
In this leadership role, the Food & Beverage Outlets Supervisor will support day‑to‑day Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery while motivating and guiding a high‑performing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, solution‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
Pay Scale: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 yearly
Work Location: In Person, 8500 Warden Avenue, Markham Ontario

Reports to: Food & Beverage Outlets Manager
Key Responsibilities

Maintain exceptional customer service standards across all F&B outlets to enhance guest satisfaction and support revenue growth.

Assist with menu development, marketing initiatives, service enhancements, and team incentive programs.

Contribute creative ideas to improve service quality, efficiency, and profitability.

Resolve guest and colleague concerns professionally and effectively.

Participate in the recruitment, training, scheduling, and supervision of F&B service staff.

Provide strong leadership through communication, coaching, and positive reinforcement.

Assist in managing labour expenses in accordance with productivity guidelines.

Lead and support a team of dedicated professionals to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences.
Requirements

Minimum two years of Food & Beverage leadership experience, preferably in a unionized hotel environment.

Post‑secondary diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or a related field.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and common culinary terminology.

Valid Smart Serve certification.

Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
