Helping Hands Senior Care Service Provider Needed
Job Summary
Helping Hands Senior Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Service Provider to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential in-home care and support to seniors and individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and senior services, with a genuine desire to make a positive difference in clients' lives. Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities .
- Provide companionship
- Prepare nutritious meals if needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe and comfortable environment if needed.
- Support clients with mobility and transfer assistance, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and social interaction
- Monitor clients’ health status and report any concerns or changes to supervisors or healthcare professionals
- Assist with transportation to appointments or errands as needed
- Follow care plans and document services provided accurately
Skills
- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, hospice, or home care settings preferred but not necessary
- Strong caregiving skills with knowledge of senior care, dementia care, and disability support
- Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clie
- Ability to work independently while following care plans closely
- Compassionate attitude with patience and understanding for seniors and individuals with special needs
- Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and schedules
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special health conditions is a plus

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
