Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable siding installer to join the OXE Team.
This role involves installing various types of siding on primarily residential homes, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and install siding materials (Vinyl, LP, James Hardie)
- Use hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers, and levels to complete installations
- Perform moderately heavy lifting of siding boxes/panels and related materials safely and efficiently
- Apply caulking around seams and joints to ensure weatherproofing and durability
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Experience
- Prior experience with siding installation or exterior construction preferred
- Strong knowledge of hand tools, construction practices, and carpentry techniques
- Handyman experience or general construction background is a plus
- Experience with caulking, sealing, and finishing exterior surfaces is advantageous
This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and possess the necessary skills to contribute effectively to our construction projects.
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
