Duties
- Responsible for thoroughly cleaning dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment using proper sanitation procedures

- Support the kitchen staff by ensuring all dishware is available and ready for service
- Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage areas
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic environment
- Assist with general cleaning duties around the kitchen to uphold sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
Requirements
- Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and hospitality operations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
